The West Ramp Rats
The Airshow called Airventure in Oshkosh Wisconsin could not happen without the dedicated volunteers that come year after year. Giving up their personal time to help put on the “Greatest Airshow in America”.
The mission of the “West Ramp Rats”, is to move all aircraft in the West Ramp area and throughout the display grounds through the duration of the Airshow, including Military Aircraft, Display Aircraft and Vendor Booth Aircraft with a focus on safety, to avoid injury to visitors and damage to aircraft.
This site is a salute to the dedicated group of people that make this all look effortless. They are not just a group of skilled aircraft handlers, but ambassadors and greeters of all who attend Airventure as well.
I’m proud to be a part of this incredible organization..
